Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Users Report Low Color Saturation Issues with Vivid Screen Mode

For many years, the company has offered two color profiles for their phone, including the normal and the Vivid and Natural display color options.

Generally, when you are using a previous-gen phone like the Galaxy S23 Ultra, a sudden color shift will appear when you change the screen mode.
Although it’s a minor display issue, it’s a major concern for crisp HDR content consumption. However, if you are using the normal mode, you won’t encounter any problems with the display.
How to fix the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Vivid Color Display Issue?
With the recent development, Forbes has recently shared a chat with a support agent. It indicates that the company is aware of the exact issues.
They are working on resolving these issues as soon as possible so that the users can utilize their high color saturation screen mode on their new Samsung flagship phone.
Furthermore, Samsung also stated that the vivid color profile problem will be fixed with the upcoming software update, supposedly the mid-Feb security patch.
On the other hand, many people are speculating that this issue occurs due to the Anti-reflective coating that appears on the display.
Yet, it’s confirmed that it’s not a hardware issue. Instead, it’s a software bug. Nonetheless, the display vivid color profile issue occurring on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra can be fixed.
However, the company hasn’t started a specific deadline to roll out an update for this issue.
Possibly, the upcoming software update will restore the vibrant screen mode setting with ease.
